Check it with us first
The trial lasts 14 days and requires a card. Your first subscription payment is on day 15. Cancel before then to avoid it. Monthly plans bill monthly. Yearly plans charge the full annual amount, not monthly instalments. Card processing and any paid extras are separate.
You can share your Starter booking link from your existing website. Choose Pro if you also need forms, text reminders, email marketing, a client portal or advanced scheduling. You don’t have to replace your website to use those tools.
JENA is not a consumer marketplace. It helps you take direct bookings and build your own brand. Pro and Max include a website designed for local search, but bookings and Google rankings aren’t guaranteed.
You can export your client information and business data. If you’re moving from another system, we’ll confirm which records can transfer after checking your export.
Collectives gives you shared calendar access. When one business owner pays for the collective, prices start at £15/person/month for Pro or £35/person/month for Max, with a minimum of 2 people including the organiser. If each person is separately self-employed and pays for their own account, each needs a full individual subscription before connecting accounts. Individual Max does not include extra members. See Collective plans
JENA supports a fixed amount, percentage or no deposit, with one rule across all services. Per-treatment deposit rules aren’t supported. Optional card capture can save a card for a later charge, but that charge can fail. Talk to us if this is essential to your workflow.
