Use of Services

Permitted Use

JENA is designed for beauty and wellness professionals to manage their booking, scheduling, client communications, and business operations. You may use JENA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks
Use any automated means to access the service, including bots, scrapers, or spiders
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the service

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

JENA offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Price Changes

We may change our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

Your Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload, post, or transmit through JENA (“Your Content”). This includes client information, business data, images, and other materials.

Licence Grant

By uploading content to JENA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of uploading it. You represent that:

You own or have the necessary rights to use and share Your Content
Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
Your Content complies with applicable laws and regulations

Content Removal

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is objectionable or harmful.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

JENA and its content, features, and functionality are owned by JENA Labs Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the service without our written consent
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the service

We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JENA LABS LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
Any damages arising from any content obtained through the service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription fees

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

Effect of Termination
